These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with all documents expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”), and Neo Pixal (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of Interactive Workout Video, including any related mobile applications, software, websites, features, tools, content, and services (collectively, the “App”).
Interactive Workout Video is a fitness application that provides workout videos, timers, step tracking, and reminder features designed to support users in their daily exercise routines and physical activity tracking.
All documents related to the App are hereby expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the App.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or otherwise making them available.
You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
To access or use the App, you must be at least 13 years of age. Users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or legal guardian.
If you are between the ages of 13–17, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms prior to your use of the App. Users under the age of 13 may only use the App where permitted by applicable law and with verified parental consent.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws.

The Privacy Policy is made available within the App or via the app store listing where the App is distributed.
We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy or any updates thereto, you must immediately cease using the App.
